Panera Bread, 503 Coleman Avenue, San Jose, CA, United States

503 Coleman Avenue, San Jose, 95110 California, United States

On June 6, 2016 I had dinner at Panera, which consisted the Kale & Caesar Salad w/Chicken, with a side baguette and iced tea and lemonade. Approximately 4-5 hours after that woke up feeling nauseated, followed by vomiting, then diarrhea and slight fever. Obviously food posioning to me based on the timing. Took 5 days before I had normal body functions back. At the time we ate there, the food and drink tasted totally fine, and we love the bread at Panera. This time, not sure what was contaminated that made me so sick, and wanted to reach out here to see if others were affected. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
