Caprese, Caesar Cause Cramping - Panera Bread, San Diego California

Last night I ate a the caprese sandwich and chicken Caesar salad around 7pm. The chicken seems really tough, but I ate it anyway. At 3am, I experienced horrible cramping and nausea for about two hours until I fell asleep. I woke up around 8pm with stomach discomfort and more cramps later. It’s 1:30pm and I still have pain.
I believe it was Panera because I only had oatmeal for breakfast, toast and a Clif bar later in the day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Something else, Cramps
