I got sick from eating a salad here. I ate a Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with chicken from the Drive Through. I went to bed and about 3 hours after eating the salad I woke up with horrible stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
