I purchased a Caesar salad with grilled chicken on Saturday, May 5th, 2023 around 1:00 pm.Upset stomach after that for the remainder of the day/night.
Went to lay down for bed around 11:30 pm. By midnight, I was running into the bathroom.
My vomit was all lettuce | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
