Panera Bread
I had mac and cheese and Sierra chicken For lunch. 1hour later I had a pounding headache I fell asleep. Woke up like 6 hours later Next thing I know I'm nauseous and I have diarrhea for now going on 3 hours. Never eating panera again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
