Purchased a southwest chicken salad and frontega chicken sandwich on 5-25-2018 at 3pm. Approximately 15-20 minutes after finishing eating I began to feel slightly dizzy. This quickly escalated to intense nausea, dizziness and cold sweats. After about 1.5 hours had multiple bouts of diarrhea, felt really awful, continued to have intense nausea and dizziness. After 2 hours I had violent vomiting. The symptoms continued for approximately 12 hours. I am a generally healthy person and had not eaten anything else with the potential for food poisoning that day, and all other meals were shared with my wife who was fine.Family physician suspects staphylococcus aureus. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating
