Additional information: I got a salad with olive oil, tomatoes, cucumbers, and salt. Lettuce was horribly wilty and a lot of slimy pieces. I didn’t eat much because it was gross. I picked out the cucumbers and tomatoes and ate those. I immediately felt nauseas and have felt nauseas off and on for 7 days now. | Symptoms: Nausea
