My sister ate the small Mac and Cheese and Caesar salad. So either could have been the culprit😩. I’m not sure if she had anything else. Only my sister got violently ill and is slowly recovering six weeks later. She described inability to even walk to the bathroom, inability to take care of herself. Her partner and her daughter had to take care of her for two weeks. It happened About six weeks ago.Update: Unfortunately, she waited for three weeks thinking all the symptoms would resolve (not that I didn’t tell her umpteen times to call the doctor!). The doctor has run several tests for pathogens, but nothing has turned up. My hope is she will see infectious disease specialist and if others got sick, that they contacted the health department and reported it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue
