Fuji apple chicken salad. I became very ill, both diarrhea and extreme nausea, cold sweats several hours after eating. I called the ambulance because I was worried if that if it got any worse I wouldn't be in a position to call for help. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
