A little over 4 hours ago I ordered a regular coffee and an oatmeal with strawberries and pecans for breakfast. Now I have severe abdominal pain and cramping and am hanging out in the bathroom with a few other symptoms., I can check with my dining partner but she ordered a different menu item. I never get sick. It started 3 hours after I ate and going on one hour of severe pain and cramping. My diet is consistent and I only had the coffee and the oatmeal today., My friend treated and would have the receipt but was in town this morning. I never get sick. 3 hours after eating the severe pain and cramps began; so far one hour in. I ate nothing else today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
