Food Safety Report: Panera Bread.

I had lunch at panera columbia 02/20. I order spinat salat with mushrooms and bacon. 3 hours later i left work and came at home. Got temperature, couple hourse later throw out from mouth and nose, early morning diarrhea.30 hours later still feel bad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
