Finished eating a spinach quiche. Hadn’t eaten anything else. Stomach started to grumble, swell & cramp. Have been running back and forth to the bathroom with extremely bad diarrhea, stomach cramps and nausea all the rest of the day. Happy 4th of July to me. It is not the type of fireworks I was hoping for. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Swelling
