I work in the pool as a swim instructor. One day I got a horrendous sore throat which led to a coughing fit. I assumed It was either a kid or the pool water. I took antibiotics and for a bit I thought I was doing better.... See More However when I returned to the location after about a week and a half, I had their orange cranberry muffin, orange scone, and a large fountain drink.
Next day my throat was suddenly sore again and I was coughing of either phlem/muscus/ or something bacterial. My stomach generally is fairly strange as well but what ever I have gotten that affects my throat as also made my bowels more sensitive.
After 3 weeks of being around kids, in different pools, and not having any worsening symptoms, I tried the panera one last time. Within 30 minutes of eating it was starting to act up again!

How can anyone think Panera Sandwich or anything is a healthier choice, it's all processed.I sorry that you got food poisoning.
I had it 2 times here in CA, and the 2nd time was so horrific, it was lodged in my esophagus when I burped it stinks so bad, my husband would be gasping for air with is head outside the window but the thing was this lasted a week finally I got up in the middle of the night and so bad I wanted to flick on the light and I had to throw up and whatever was in there it came out never got to see it because I had the water running.
It was so gross. It felt like a lump of something stuck and burned 100x and I'll never no with it was.
I don't know if these avocados stories are only because of contamination from ourselves maybe, not refrigerating them after they're cut not washing hands before you touch it the knife etc.
