Pretty sure chicken poppyseed salad , I bought the food at 1 PM drove directly home and refrigerated the salad, took the salad out at about 5 PM to eat. The chicken tasted a little funky so I did not eat but one piece of the chicken. However it was mixed in through the salad. I became gassy and had a little diarrhea. The next dayI woke up with stomach pain but went about my day. Buy 3 in the afternoon My stomach was completely extended and I had bad pain.
