I purchased a Fuji Apple Salad w/ Chicken on both 12/9 & 12/10/17 . Ate my salad around 6:45 pm 12/11. Left work around 11:30 pm. Around 2am 12/11 had nausea and vomiting. Around 5am had more vomiting but also had diarrhea. Went to the ER at 6:30 am and got admitted for Gastroenteritis cause by Norovirus. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Correction it was the dates 12/9 & 12/10/2017. Got admitted into the hospital around 7am on 12/11/17 got discharged 12/13/17
