I ate the salad at around 3:30pm and began to have a bad stomachache at around 7pm. I then developed multiple episodes of diarrhea and vomiting that last d for about twelve hours. I had fever and chills for about 30 hours and muscle aches throughout my body, along with diffuse joint pain.
