I ate the salad at around 3:30pm and began to have a bad stomachache at around 7pm. I then developed multiple episodes of diarrhea and vomiting that last d for about twelve hours. I had fever and chills for about 30 hours and muscle aches throughout my body, along with diffuse joint pain. Now 36 hours later, I still have abdominal pain and back pain and no appetite. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Loss of Appetite, Stomach Pain, Body Ache, Joint Pain, Muscle Pain
