Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache Suspected source: food from Panera Bread Onset: 1 to 2 days Duration: 12 to 24 hours Sick: 2 people Additional information: A friend and I got food from Panera at 3 pm on November 17th and we both got sick at the same time around 40 hours later.
