Ordered the Southwest salad from Panera and something tasted off. The chicken was different from the usual pulled chicken in the dish but there was a sour taste. Not sure if it was the chicken, the dressing or the lettuce. About an hour after I could feel the food painfully digesting. I started to get cold sweats and feel nauseous. I ran to the bathroom, was puking and farting at the same time. Horrible!! That was my favorite salad but I will not be going to Panera anytime soon | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
