Mac & Cheese Illness - Panera Bread, Ohio

Ate here 2 days ago and my friend and I became sick at the same time last night, almost exactly 24 hours later. We both had the Mac and cheese. We both experienced fevers, vomiting, diarrhea, migraines, and aches. She ended up in the ER and I haven’t been able to keep anything down for almost another 20 hours now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Migraine
