On Monday April 2nd, I had the Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with Chicken and immediately after finishing the salad I had an upset stomach. On Tuesday, April 3rd I woke up at 3am having horrific stomach cramps and diarrhea that lasted until 6am Friday, April 6th!!!!!!! This was by far the worst diarrhea and stomach pain I have EVER experienced. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
