I had Panera Bread which was catered to a 11:00 a.m. meeting this past Tuesday, 7/30 and within about 3 hours of eating a half a salad and half a sandwich I got the chills, headache, stomach pain and all of the other symptoms I listed above. I have not been able to go to work for the last day and a half and it has really put a damper on my lifestyle. I hope someone checks into this so that it doesn't happen to someone else | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
