I had a chipotle chicken Avo at 3:18 pm, on August 20, 2025, at the Panera Bread in Fairview Heights, IL. I ate nothing else. At around 6:00 pm, I got severe stomach cramps and had them all night and the next day and another night. Today, Aug. 22, I am still experiencing stomach pain and soreness. It feels like I have a heavy weight in my stomach. I have only drank beef broth last night and bottled water. I have not slept the last two nights. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
