I purchased a large Papaya Green Tea drink and within 30 minutes I was nausea and had terrible diarrhea. The look of the diarrhea was green and contained mostly water with small pieces of slim green/black substance. Currently over 24 hours I still cannot eat without running to the bathroom.. I went through the drive through at about 6:15 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
