I ate a piece of pizza and a fruit smoothie yesterday 13 May 2026. Had to be transported to Culpeper hospital about 6 pm the same day. Ran many tests and I'm still sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I ate there at 11 when they opened and I'm so sick now, vomiting and diarrhea. It's 5pm. Definitely was the chipotle as I haven't had anything else but an orange. At chipotle I had brown rice, steak...etc in a bowl. It also didn't taste right maybe the rice was from the day before  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
