Severe Stomach Issues After Takeout - Panera Bread, Hamilton Ohio

My husband picked up my order to go around 7:30pm. Few hours later, while sleeping, I started to feel nauseated and sick to stomach, with painful stomach cramps. I had constant vomiting and severe diarrhea all night and this morning. It's 3:38pm and I still have diarrhea and unable to tolerate smell of food. Vomiting has stopped, but cramps and diarrhea persist. Tried to eat small piece of toast with water and was back to bathroom with diarrhea within hour. It is awful. I called store today to make manager aware. He assured me he would look into procedure and try to resolve any problems before someone else gets sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
