Chicken Sandwich Illness Symptoms - Panera Bread, Lebanon Pennsylvania

Had a hot chicken sandwhich and a Fiji apple salad, Sunday for lunch after church.
Monday, I began experiencing cramping and abdominal and lower back discomfort, followed by mild diarrhea that evening.
I consumed some charcoal I keep handy to beat the nausea that was cropping up.
The next day, diarrhea and cramping persisted and I consumed probiotics. Wednesday, it worsened with multiple trips to the bathroom to expell water and undigested food. Mild chills.
I took more charcoal and probiotics and now, Thursday, I am seeing slight improvement. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Cramps
