On Monday, November 1, 2021 I ate a chicken Caesar salad & pizza marguerita for a late lunch. Within hours I was nauseous followed by vomiting. I called & talked to a manager. I’m still nauseous 5 days later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
