My whole family except for me ate their mac and cheese and now they are all extremely sick except for me so we are assuming that's the culprit

On Monday, November 1, 2021 I ate a chicken Caesar salad & pizza marguerita for a late lunch. Within hours I was nauseous followed by vomiting. I called & talked to a manager. I’m still nauseous 5 days later.
