I ordered a green goddess salad for lunch and originally I thought the dressing tasted funny but thought that they had changed the recipe. Thirty min later I was throwing up. Then all through the rest of the day, I threw up and had diarrhea at the same time non stop. They had to take me to the ER. I just got back from the ER and I am in so much pain. I had to throw away three outfits as well! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
