Ordered the Southwest Salad at 5:00pm on 3/25/19. By 8:00pm i was already feeling sick. Throughout the night I had diarrhea, vomiting, chills and fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
