Chicken Salad Illness Strikes - Panera Bread, Miami Florida

With a very busy day I had I woke up, had a banana and a few crackers at work. Around 9 I was able to make it over to Panera and ordered the chicken oriental salad. My first bite tasted really bad, acidic and not like it usually does but I was starving, I ate about 1/3 and took the rest home. A few hours later I woke up from sleep with terrible lower abdominal pain and felt something coming up, I sat up and ran to the bathroom. Vomitting all of the salad, it's been about 15 hours and many trips to the bathroom later and I'm still in agonizing stomach pain. My mom is a nurse and says it's definetly some sort of bacterial infection. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
