I bought the regular large Mac and cheese, and took it back to my workplace to eat it. This isn’t the first time it happened so I took extra care to make sure the spoon was clean, and I ate it. A few hours later, I’m on the toilet having one of the top 10 most painful bowel movements of 2019.Symptoms: Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea
This has happened twice before, but I thought it was due to a dirty spoon or externalities. But I am 3 for 3 now. I get this reaction every single time I go to Panera and order the Mac and cheese. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
