Salad with Romaine Lettuce in it., I’m not feeling well at all after eating a salad at Panera. The salad had romaine lettuce which I think may be the culprit. I hope I don’t have to go to the hospital I’m feeling terrible! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chest Pain
