I had the chicken Cesar salad for lunch with the Mac and cheese . About an hour in a half I started with a string migraine I ended up throwing up the whole salad and very bad diareah as well . I have never had the urge to use the bathroom and vomit at the same time . I am 100 percent this was it . Before eating it I noticed the cold chicken looked a bit stale but didt think much of it well I well never ever eat from here again | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Migraine
