I had the chicken chipotle sandwich around 12 30pm. It was the only thing i had all day. Around 4 30, during a 2 hour car journey, i felt chills. By the time i got to my destination i couldnt get warm and went to bed fully clothed with an overcoat. Next day and day after, chills continued, diarrhea started and had no energy. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills
