My Family went to Panerea in Tulsa July 10, 2018 about 630 pm and ordered a strawberry chicken salad to go because we were catching a flight, at the airport my husband began eating his salad and had given me three bites as well, within an hour after eating my husband began to complain about lower abs cramping and gas. Two hours 30 min on the plane the pain in his stomach began to get worse. Laterthat night he was accompanied by diarreah, hot flash and chills. The stomach pain continue On July 11th the next day and he is still complaining of a sour sensation in his stomach. I on the other hand had diarrhea as well but not like him. July 12th was his birthday he was unable to do anything but sleep and drink water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Stomach Pain, Chills, Cramps
