Ordered the Mac and cheese grilled sandwich and got vomiting and diarrhea. Bad experience, had an exam today and ended up leaving in the middle of the USMLE step 3 exam due to vomiting! Costly experience. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
