I had the Pick 2 Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich and Spicy Thai Salad with chicken about 4:30pm and didn’t eat anything else that day. I went to bed and woke up with horrible intestinal pain. Going on 2 days now and I still can’t eat anything. Feel weak and nauseous and very painful gut. Of course lots of diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Weakness
