I ate a chipotle bacon melt today at 1230- by 130 pm I had very bad indigestion followed by stomach pain that subsided after several hours and then returned after eating a small dinner. I also have a headache and slight nausea and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain, Indigestion
