I ordered the “You Pick 2” Modern Caprese Sandwich and Mac & Cheese with their mixed lemonades (all 3 sweetened) at this US 64 location in Bartlett, TN at 2:41 pm. Within a couple hours my stomach was hurting bad until I ultimately vomit closer to 6:30 pm. Still, at 10:30 my stomach is cruntching and in pain. I’m not sure if it was the sandwich or the Mac & Cheese but I know it came from eating this food at this restaurant. I’ve had Panera many times and this hasn’t ever happened. Please be cautious before eating at this location!!! | Symptoms: Vomiting
