Ate the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, only ate half and about hour later was extreemly bloated.. Ate the other 1/2 for dinner and immediately felt like I was going to be sick.. Was up all night with bowel issues, diarrhea, general purging of system | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating
