Additional information: Experienced symptoms of diarrhea not long after eating the Pick Two combo of Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and Autumn Squash Soup with a baguette as a side item. I suspect this food source as the cause due to experiencing similar issues in the past. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
