Ate at Panera at about 1:00pm Had a cesear saled. Begin feeling sick about an hour later. Started with stomach ache and has began to get worse...Also began throwing up the lettuce about 3 hours after eating. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
