Southwest Salad Illness Suspected - Panera Bread, Waukesha Wisconsin

Ate dinner late at 8pm. I had nothing to eat before than since lunch. I ordered a southwest chicken salad. By 10pm I had violet nausea and diarrhea that lasted about 36 hours. A fever of 99.4 degrees was read and my muscles ached. After the 36 hours or so, I felt back to normal after getting it out of my system.
