On August 2nd had Greek salad and Mediterranean bowl. Had stomach cramps for 2 days. Then had chills and fever. Went to emergency and discovered E. coli in blood. Had to take iv antibiotics for 10 days. | Symptoms: Fever, Cramps, Chills
