I ate a smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich from Panera Bread on the 13th of September and a few hours later was struck with a fever, headache, nausea, cramps, diarrhea, etc. These symptoms have lasted multiple days with a lessening degree of severity. I was so concerned I had to consult my primary care. On top of all this, this location NEVER gets our order correct. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Headache
