I had a pizza with green peppers, and black olives. An hour after I had 2 slices of pizza I was sick. Having diarrhea, a high fever, and I was nauseous. I was sick for 2 days. I thought at first it the stomach flu. Then my boyfriend got pizza from there after my 2 days, and after he had his pizza he was throwing up. Note I did not see him the 2 days I was sick, since I was in bed those 2 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
