Bought Pizza and wings. I was the only one who ate the wings so I am assuming it's the wings that did me in.

Started feeling sick immediately after eating. Then Nausea kicked in. Within a few hours I went through the most violent vomiting episode of my life. This was accompanied with diarrhea. Also running fever, as high as 102.6. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
