I don't think it was the pizza but the ranch Dipping sauce, cause everyone else was fine. But that evening, I ended up with severe diarrhea and vomiting. Also was sore with chills and a fever | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Soreness
