Papa John's Pizza, Emerson Avenue, Parkersburg, WV, United States

4421 Emerson Avenue, Parkersburg, 26104 West Virginia, United States

My son, sister and I ate a pepperoni pizza from Papa Johns 12/9/2016. Within 24 hours my son complained of stomach pains and he refused to eat anything. My son then vomited the pizza he had eaten the night before at 3:00pm on 12/10/2016. My sister complained of stomach upset. Today, 12/11/2016 I've had nausea and feel sick. I hadn't eaten yesterday due to stomach upset. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
